Keynodex Memory notice
Keynodex Memory is a model-agnostic memory service for AI assistants. Your memories are stored for your tenant and are used to provide the memory tools, not to train Keynodex models or sell your content.
Keynodex Memory does not use end-to-end encryption today. Authorized operators can technically access stored data through administrative paths when needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or act on your request.
Export is part of the product promise. Self-serve open-format export is being added to every plan, including Free. Today, the delete_memory tool hides a memory from normal reads and preserves a deleted record for history. For full erasure of memories or your account, email [email protected]. We acknowledge erasure requests within 3 business days and target completion within 30 days.
Do not store protected health information if your use requires a BAA or HIPAA-covered workflow. HIPAA support is under review.

Meta ads conversion tracking (Meta pixel) is an analytics service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that connects data from the Meta Audience Network with actions performed on this Application. The Meta pixel tracks conversions that can be attributed to ads on Facebook, Instagram and Meta Audience Network.
The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.
AI fallback service that processes user profile
information when the primary AI is unavailable. Generates enhanced
bios and professional summaries. Data is processed in
real-time and not used for model training.
Google Analytics 4 is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are used at collection time and then discarded before Data is logged in any data center or server. Users can learn more by consulting Google’s official documentation.

Meta Events Manager is an analytics service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. By integrating the Meta pixel, Meta Events Manager can give the Owner insights into the traffic and interactions on this Application.
This type of service allows the Owner to save and manage backups of this Application on external servers managed by the service provider itself. The backups may include the source code and content as well as the data that the User provides to this Application.
Cloudflare R2 Object Storage - Used for storing user-uploaded files (resumes, documents, media) with encrypted backup and CDN delivery. Data is processed and stored in Cloudflare's secure infrastructure.
Transactional email service used to send account information,
verification emails, password resets, subscription
confirmations, and system notifications.
This type of service allows you to view content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this Application and interact with them. Such services are often referred to as widgets, which are small elements placed on a website or app. They provide specific information or perform a particular function and often allow for user interaction.

This type of service allows the Owner to use the activity or biometric data collected by your device in order for this Application to operate or to provide specific features. This may include movements, heartbeat, change in altitude or data about the surroundings.

• Semantic memory search to provide personalized, context-aware responses

Data Processing: Conversation text and user context are sent to Anthropic for response generation. Data is not used to train AI models.
User Rights: Users can view, export, and delete their AI conversation history and stored memories at any time.
