How to delete your account

  1. Email us from your account address

    Send a message to [email protected] from the email address on your account. Use the subject "Delete my account".

  2. Say what to delete

    Tell us whether it is your Rep by Keynodex account, your Keynodex Memory account, or both. If you want a copy of your data first, ask for it in the same email.

  3. We confirm it is you

    We reply within 3 business days to confirm the request and its scope.

  4. We delete it

    We finish within 30 calendar days and tell you when it is done.

What happens to your data

We delete your account and the content you stored in it. Records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes are kept as the law requires.
