About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our founder and growing team. You will help manage communications, scheduling, research, and day-to-day operational tasks. This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and takes initiative without being asked.

Responsibilities

  • Manage email inbox, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Conduct research and compile summaries for business decisions
  • Assist with social media scheduling and content coordination
  • Handle data entry, document organization, and file management
  • Support hiring pipeline coordination and candidate communication
  • Track tasks and follow up on action items across the team
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative support role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Trello, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively
  • Reliable internet connection and availability during US business hours (some flexibility)
