Biography
Derek Roberts is the Founder and CEO of Keynodex, an AI agent infrastructure company building PingRep, Keynodex Memory, and agent trust research.
Derek founded Keynodex to build the infrastructure AI agents need to act on a person's behalf without taking people out of the loop. He leads the company's work across its three efforts: PingRep, the AI Representative platform; Keynodex Memory, a model-agnostic MCP memory server; and agent trust research on AI agent security and identity.
The consistent principle across that work is human-in-the-loop AI. Derek's view is that the right role for an agent is to draft, suggest, and remember, while a person stays the final authority on the actions that matter.
